Nan’s Marinated Chicken Wings
Ingredients
Chicken Wings | 2 Lbs | |
Soy Sauce | 1 Cup | |
Sugar | 5 Tsp | |
Dry Vermouth | 1/4 Cup | |
Garlic, crushed | 2 Cloves | |
Oil | 1/4 Cup | |
Ginger Root, grated | Thumb Size |
Directions
- Clean wings and remove tips. Separate two remaining parts.
- Combine all ingredients for marinade
- Add wings, coating well
- Refrigerate minimum 16 hours or longer
- Bake at 325 for 1 1/2 hours.(may be baked for 1 hour ahead of time and regeated for 30 minutes)
