Nanny’s Pink Fluff

Ingredients

Whipping Cream 1 Pint
Angel Food Cake 1 10" Cake
Strawberry Jello 1 6oz Pkg.
Sliced Frozen Strawberries 2 10oz Pkgs.
Sugar 2 Tbsp
Salt 1 Pinch

Directions

  1. Thaw the Strawberries
  2. Dissolve Jello in 2 1/2 Cups boiling water
  3. Stir in thawed Strawberries, Sugar, and Salt
  4. Cool until it begins to thicken
  5. Fold in Whipped Cream
  6. In a 9 x 13 baking dish, cover bottom with half of the torn Angel Food Cake and pour over half of the Strawberry Mixture
  7. Layer the other half of the torn Angel Food Cake and pour the rest of the Strawberry Mixture over the cake.
  8. Refrigerate overnight
