1 Hour French Bread
Ingredients
Warm Water | 1 1/2 Cup | |
Honey or Agave Nectar | 1 Tbsp | |
Salt | 1 1/2 Tsp | |
Active Dry Yeast | 1 1/2 Tbsp | |
Flour | 3 1/2 to 4 1/2 Cups |
Directions

In a food processor add the water, honey, salt and yeast. Let rest for 5 – 10 minutes or until there is a foam on top.

Preheat oven to 425 degrees

Add flour about a cup at a time to the mixture and pulse. Continue adding until the dough is mixed and no longer sticky.

Remove, form and place on a baking sheet.

The dough can also be stretched out, rolled(like a towel not with a rolling pin) and placed in a loaf pan.

Cover with a towel and let rise about 15 minutes

Cut slits in the top and bake for about 15-20 minutes or until a stuck toothpick comes our with no goo.
